Justin Negrón is Vice President of Global Development & Marketing, Managing Director of the International Speakers Group and Managing Director of the Representative Office (Tokyo, Japan). He is a management consultant and coach with hands-on experience in client relationship management, business and brand development, operational and organizational effectiveness, coaching, website and social media strategies, and workshop design and training.
Justin's focus at NEGRON Consulting has been the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion and leadership development programs, platforms, best practices, and metrics, social media initiatives for the company, restructuring the Company branding and website, select services to the nonprofit sector, along with the development of coaching and emotional intelligence workshops aimed at Generation X and Y individuals, groups and small to mid-size companies. Most recently, Justin coordinated, identified, and screened speakers for the launch of our NEGRON Consulting Speakers Group, an international speakers group of highly accomplished, dynamic leaders, authors, educators, scientists, sport personalities and entertainers; initial focus on inclusion and diversity, leadership, technology, healthcare and emotional intelligence.
Over the last 6 years, Justin has partnered with organizations to design, implement and support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for clients across multiple industries (e.g., tech, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and retail). His consulting work has included projects with Travelers, Aetna, GE, Medtronic, Fortune 50 Telecom, Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, and Third Sector New England, and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA).
Justin joined NEGRON Consulting with over 12 years of management experience, principally in the luxury retail goods industry. Most recently, he was Store Director at Bottega Veneta (a Gucci / Kering Group company), at its flagship retail location and U.S. corporate headquarters. Managing a staff of 20, Justin was responsible for sales management, establishing sales and productivity goals, client relationship management, operations, budgets, facilitating staff and senior management operation reviews, staff training and development, visual coordination, and merchandising communications. Previously, Justin served as the lead sales and operations manager with Gianfranco Ferre in New York, NY. He also took on multiple independent consultant projects focused on operational and communications effectiveness, coordinating the training and integration of US and Italy-based sales and inventory management systems, store planning, and sample sales for a large retail group. In addition, Justin has had several design consulting projects on fashion related special events, wardrobe management and style consultation.
Justin has a natural capacity and passion for Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Coaching, providing guidance and facilitation to a wide array of professions and businesses. Justin completed training in Emotional Intelligence & Diversity: Primer and the Emotional Intelligence & Diversity: Team Effectiveness tools by the Emotional Intelligence & Diversity Institute (Los Angeles, CA). Additionally, he has completed multi-day Luxury Client Development training workshops, as well as extended training in Milan, Italy in merchandising and buying. He attended Eastern Connecticut State University, with a major in Communications, and the University of Maryland – College Park’s School of Business. Justin is also bilingual in English/Spanish.
