Justin Negrón is a management consultant and coach with hands-on experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Operational and Organizational Effectiveness, Website and Social Media Strategies, and Workshop Design and Training.

Justin comes to NEGRON Consulting with over 10 years of management experience, principally in the luxury goods industry.  Most recently, he was Store Director at Bottega Veneta, a Gucci Group company, at its flagship retail location and U.S. corporate headquarters.  Managing a staff of 20, Justin was responsible for sales management, establishing sales and productivity goals, and customer service.  He was also responsible for operations, budgets, facilitating staff and senior management operation reviews, staff training and development, visual coordination, and merchandising communications.

Previously, Justin was a lead sales and operations manager with Gianfranco Ferre.  He also served as an independent consultant focused on operational and communications effectiveness, and coordinated the integration of the US and Italy-based sales and inventory management systems for a large retail group.  In addition, Justin has had several design consulting projects with individual clients on fashion related special events, wardrobe management and style consultation.

Justin completed multi-day Luxury Client Development training workshops, as well as extended training in Milan, Italy in merchandising and buying.  He attended Eastern Connecticut State University, with a major in Communications, and the University of Maryland – College Park’s School of Business.  Justin is also bilingual in English/Spanish.

Justin has exhibited a natural capacity and strong interest in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching, providing guidance and facilitation to colleagues in a wide array of professions and businesses.  Justin’s initial focus at NEGRON Consulting has been on the evaluation and implementation of social media initiatives for the company, along with the development of introductory coaching workshops aimed at Generation X and Y individuals, groups and small to mid-size companies.  He has also participated in multiple training sessions, with an emphasis on leadership competencies, and emotional intelligence and coaching.
