J. Wyatt Schuerholz.Wyatt's consulting practice is focused on performance enhancement through Diversity Management, Organizational Development and Quality consulting along with Leadership and Communication Skills training.Wyatt completed the Wharton Diversity Liberating Leadership program, received his OD certification from NTL Institute and is a certified Myers/Briggs Type Indicator and Lominger Leadership Architecture facilitator.
In addition, Wyatt has attained Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) and Resilience Factor Inventory accreditations. He has also been an adjunct faculty member of Rutgers University Center for Management Development, Towson University's Corporate, Executive and Extended Education and Howard Community College Business Training Center. Wyatt also worked for over 20 years with a Fortune 10 telecommunications company.
Wyatt has been featured in training videos and CDs on diversity management, Quality work processes, facilitation techniques, effective coaching and feedback, and the mental affirmation process. He has been featured in Expert magazine and on Expert radio. He has also been recognized for his heroism, receiving the Baltimore County fire department's Medal of Honor, the police department's Outstanding Citizen's award and the Maryland governor's citation for risking his life to save a child from drowning. On the speaking circuit Wyatt is known as the "Motivation Man with Meaning." Wyatt has developed several keynote presentations and workshops. His diversity "FIRE Formula" presentation is focused on the positive aspects of diversity and inclusion. “A White Man’s Journey in Diversity” explores the challenges and benefits of diversity to white men in our changing society. "Taking STEPS to Success" is a presentation and workshop that teaches how to make lasting professional and/or personal changes.
