Michael J. Negrón, President and CEO of NEGRON Consulting, is a management consultant, coach, public speaker, trainer, and facilitator. Negrón has focused on developing a strong network of highly experienced and successful professionals with a wide-range of "real life" corporate, operational, entrepreneurial and nonprofit experiences, solid educational backgrounds and a sense of values focused on partnering with their clients to meet defined objectives.
Prior to founding NEGRON Consulting in 2000, Michael had 20+ years of corporate and operational experience, domestically and internationally, as a corporate executive, international finance director, and operational manager with Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, he has been on non-profit boards, including United Way, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Rotary International, and the Latino Progreso Fund.
Michael has worked on several successful leadership development and diversity initiatives, including multi-year projects with a Fortune 50 Telecom, Fortune 50 Consumer Marketer, and Fortune 100 Insurance companies. In addition, he has coordinated the design and launch of several Diversity Business Networks, ERG focus groups, as well as Employee Resource/Affinity Groups workshops on teambuilding and strategic planning. Over the past 7+ years, he has conducted over a thousand coaching sessions with multicultural talent and within multiple industry sectors throughout the country.
