Donna Maria Blancero, Ph.D. is an educator, academic, editor, writer and researcher. She is an Associate Professor of Management at Bentley University and a faculty member at UCLA's Latino Leadership Institute. Donna has held several academic positions including faculty at the W.P. Carey School of Business and a Research Faculty Affiliate at the Hispanic Research Center (both Arizona State University) and most recently was the Senior Vice President of Research and Intellectual Development for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). She is passionate about working within her community, Donna's research, teaching, and professional work has focused on the Latino community for more than 15 years.
Donna was the founding editor for The Business Journal of Hispanic Research, a peer reviewed research journal, and her research has been published in journals such as the Cross Cultural Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, the International Journal of Management, & Journal of Organizational Behavior. She is also a Fellow of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching.
