Lynn Alvarez Doupsas has been an internal and external management consultant and coach for fifteen years, primarily focusing on helping individuals and corporations manage change. Since the formation of LD Consulting, Lynn has had extensive experience in leadership development, business planning, organizational change, communications, process reengineering, customer relationship management and merger and culture integration strategies. She has provided services in executive and management coaching, development of ownership strategies, custom training, facilitation and team dynamics.
Lynn has held executive positions with UBS PaineWebber, Accenture and an internet technology start up and market research leader and currently works in partnership with NEGRON Consulting. Lynn holds a Bachelors degree from Claremont McKenna College and a Masters degree from Claremont Graduate University and has completed specialized coursework at the University of Salamanca and Georgetown University. She is certified in the MBTI, Keirsey, FIRO-B, Net Promoter and NBI methodologies along with other proprietary tools. Lynn will complete her Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG) award with Toastmasters International in spring 2012.
Lynn has worked with Fortune 500 companies in financial services, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, health services, hospitality and non-profits, including Verizon, UBS PaineWebber, Deutsche Bank, Advanta, AT&T, Marriott, ABC Television, AstraZeneca, NovaCare, Novelis, ManorCare, Teach For America, Telcordia and CareerBuilder. Her clients have included professionals in market research, strategic planning, marketing, sales, human resources, diversity and compliance, executive recruiting, training, organization development, customer service, information technology, and finance.
Lynn is highly active in her community and has served on several non-profit advisory boards including The Brownstone School, Toastmasters International, The Parents Diversity Partnership, Park Center, Walton Board of Managers, and the Youth Services Opportunities Project (YSOP) and is committed to training today’s youth in importance of education, community service and political activism. Lynn is also a speaker, writer and regular contributor to many social networking, community and special interest forums.
Lynn lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side with her husband and two children.
